"Trampolin – Salto al Lleno"

Installation auf dem Dach des U-Bahn-Einganges Musiktheater am Kennedyplatz

Vier rund 4m hohe Sprungbretter, konstruiert aus Wasserrohren, verwandeln den Straßenraum assoziativ in eine Wassersituation - wie geht der Mensch mit Flüssen und Bächen in der Stadt um? Flüsse werden alternativ zur Straße als Transportwege genutzt, gleichermaßen werden Fluss- und Bachläufe zugunsten der Urbanisierung zugeschüttet, umgelenkt oder unter die Erde verbannt.

Four round 4 m high trampolines, constructed out of water pipes, transform by association the street space into a water situation – how do people deal with rivers and streams in the city? Rivers are used as an alternative to roads for transportation purposes, at the same time river and stream beds are filled in, re-routed or banned underground to make way for urbanisation.
